Although DS-MAX Skycity apartments are filled with modern amenities, they still haven’t escaped some criticism. Here’s why.

DS-MAX Skycity is an upcoming housing project being developed by DS-MAX Properties Pvt Ltd. The builder has completed more than 50 projects and has close to that number of ongoing projects. Although they offer value for money and try very hard to keep customers happy, their quality of construction isn’t always great and their customer service is inconsistent. 

DS-MAX Skycity is located in Thanisandra, which is a greener and more peaceful locality in Bengaluru. It is close to Manyata Technology Park and has good connectivity with the railway station and the international airport. DS-MAX Skycity offers 3 BHK, luxury apartments. The project is RERA certified and is spread across 2.37 acres. On completion, it will have 19 floors and a total of 125 units in a single high-rise tower.
