Provident Parkwoods is an ongoing project, with a completion date of December 2021. On paper, the facilities are amazing. Let’s have a look.

Provident Parkwoods is being developed by Provident Housing Limited. While the project’s master plan is awesome, with best-in-class facilities, the builders have a reputation for poor after sales services. So, if you have a query or concern after investing here, be prepared for numerous follow-ups being required before getting a response. 

Provident Parkwoods is RERA approved and has 400 home units in 6 towers, spread across an area of 4.5 acres. Each tower will have ground + 18 floors. Apart from the homes, the plan includes shops on the ground floor and parking in the basement. Possession for these apartments is scheduled for December 2021.

Provident Parkwoods Features

  1. 2 and 3 BHK homes ranging between 1050 and 1430 square feet
  2. Spacious, ventilated and Vaastu compliant homes
  3. Granite flooring for entrance lobbies on the ground floor

  3. Some customers have complained about the lack of after sales support from the builders
  4. Other projects by the same builder have complaints regarding the lack of timely maintenance

Advantages

  3. Master plan shows lots of greenery
  4. Close to important places like hospitals, schools and malls

Disadvantages

  1. Severe traffic problems
  2. Poor after sales support and lack of maintenance
  3. Amenities in the neighbourhood are yet to be completed
