Although SMR Vinay Iconia is making waves in the real estate market, it hasn’t escaped criticism. Here’s more on this residential project.

SMR Vinay Iconia is a residential project by well-known builder, SMR Holdings. It is spread across an area of 22 acres, with 75% open spaces. The project consists of 11 high-rise towers that have 35 floors each. SMR Vinay Iconia consists of 2, 3 and 4 BHK flats, with areas ranging from 1,245 sq. ft. to 2,950 sq. ft. There are more than 2,000 units in the project, each being a well-ventilated, ultra-luxury apartment. The price ranges between ₹65 lakhs and ₹1.46 crores. Flats in Phase 1 of the project are currently available, while Phase 2 is scheduled for possession by March 2020.

Limitations

  1. Many customers have commented that the apartments are overpriced, given the quality of the amenities provided
  2. The sales staff of the project has been criticized for lack of proper knowledge about the project and for providing poor support

Advantages

Disadvantages

  1. Overpriced as compared to the quality of amenities provided
  2. The sales department is uncooperative and unprofessional
