The Lawnz is a modern-day residential gated community that claims good construction quality and world-class infrastructure. Located close to Hitech City and Gachibowli, it is easily recognizable with its red brick or fly-ash cement brick masonry in cement mortar, which gives it a distinguished look. Along with beautiful lush green surroundings, the residential complex boasts a plethora of luxurious facilities within the premises, including a three-level clubhouse. The project is yet to be completed, with the scheduled date of completion set for December 2019.

  1. 2-3 BHK apartments, ranging in size from 1,190 sq. ft. to 2,115 sq. ft., priced between ₹53.54 lakhs and ₹95.15 lakhs

  4. Those who have booked flats in The Lawnz have complained about the slow speed of construction. There have also been reports of unprofessional behavior from the builder’s customer service team.
  5. Maintenance issues have been reported.
  6. Poor finishing of flats and fittings have also been reported

Advantages

  1. Good location
  2. Availability of basic amenities
  3. Affordable
  4. Good for people who are not comfortable with high-rises

Disadvantages

  1. Slow progress of construction
  2. Poor maintenance
  3. Lack of strong security
  4. Unprofessional customer services
  5. Quality of construction and fittings also not up to the mark
